Linking issues for multiple Users with the same email address

When more than one user integrates to the same email address, there are issues causing emails to be linked to the wrong accounts

Error alert saying 'Your account has critical errors and to visit settings>email to fix the problem'. If I disconnect and reconnect, it then fixes the problem. Concern is that this fix only lasts for a day before the alert is back. This is happening for every hotel in all our accounts.
