Feature Requests

We would like to see a functionality that captures the essence of the third-party vendors that we work with as Venues. Key requirements for this account include: Being able to communicate with these vendors via Documents/Emails without notifying the Contact attached to the Booking. Attach multiple Vendor accounts to a Booking (i.e. Photographer, Caterer, Security, etc...). You should then be able to add the Contacts Account independently and show their details on documents etc Reportability on the accounts/reports tab to easily see vendor lists Issue Invoices to specific Vendors -see menu items assigned to the vendor

When an account has been created, there's no way to add a workflow, so follow up tasks that I complete for every single new account have to be manually added each time

When in Booking, you have the account on the left hand side we would like to se if a note has been added on the account.

In the note section it would be ideal to be able to view the first two lines only and than expand should you wish to read more. This is to minimise the scrolling of larger pieces of text to find what is relevant.

I would like to be able to have certain accounts and contacts be global across the properties in my chain, not all or none.

Room and revenue has to be manually entered whereas this information is avaiable in Mews. Would be great if this could be pulled automatically.

As a Hotel user, I add my Room Pickup for an Account each Month, however currently it can only be added to a specific day. I'd like it so I can Just select a month.

When Travel Agents are attached to a Booking, this Booking does not show up in the Bookings Tab in their Account Summary. I would like to be able to see the list of Bookings a Travel Agent is linked to.

We often have multiple Contacts with same email eg info@businessname.com Currently we're unable to add them in with the same email. A workaround is to slightly modify the email for each person eg 1info@businessname.com / 2info@businessname.com however this isn't ideal since we then have to remember to cc the correct email address to send an email. The correct email also does not then pull across into relevant merge fields.

Client would like to be able to include both contacts on a Booking into documents, but right now only works for the Primary Contact. Eg) want to address Documents and Emails to the Bride & Groom on a booking.
