Can each space have its own list of set ups. For example, our small board room already has a boardroom table in it which is permanently there, so most of the setups such as rounds, u shape, etc. are not applicable. If I choose the board room as the space, it would be great if only the setups that work for the board room are available to choose from.

When an invoice has a payment schedule, it would be amazing if it could automatically notify the client when their scheduled payment date arrives, prompting them to make a payment. Ideally, this reminder comes with a preset notice period. If the guest has paid at least the required amount already, the notification does not get sent

It would be great if we could add/remove who gets notification emails rather than just the assignee of the Booking / owner of a Document and primary contact of the Booking. Oftentimes more than 1 person needs to be notified that a Document has been submitted, or a stripe payment is made. When a team member submits a Document, we want all managers to be notified Some notifications, like changing the assignee, we do not want the notification email to be sent at all, so in that case we'd like to turn it off.

We bill our clients in a mix of USD and Guatamalan Quetzales. Menu Items will need a way to have multiple currencies We'd like the ability to select which one to use for a particular Booking & bill it accordingly on Documents/Invoices etc.

We would like the ability to which fields (system default or custom) are mandatory, so that those fields don't get missed when creating a Contact, Account, Booking, Event or Group. Fields that are not mandatory can be easily missed by staff, so it would help ensure accurate reporting and assist in future sales and marketing strategies by ensuring we're collecting these details.

As part of our branding we have a specific font and we'd like the ability to use it on our Documents & emails. Please provide an organization setting that allows users to select which fonts are used on their documents & emails. Size and colour should also be factored into this

It's great to see extra options added with Revenue Groups that can expand our reporting. As a Catering Company it would be really beneficial for us to have Labour as it's own Group. I can't say for hotels but for catering, labour is a very big category. We staff and charge our client for every staff we bring into the event, and by the hour. For non-event catering business, things like delivery can also be categorized under labour in most cases. It wouldn't work categorized under misc, as this feels more like a Group you use when you're not sure where to Group them, and that the line item is not the major revenue source of your business, like credit card surcharges, rentals or items we need to special order for clients that don't fall in F&B etc. I think this will also benefit most of your clients when it comes to reviewing labour cost as an overall.

It would be great if we can add special dates / holidays within Event Temple, which then appear on the various calendars & calendar pop-ups throughout the app.

We have many event spaces that are only bookable to group events for specific time instead of public access so we need time parameters in our settings to avoid booking or usage conflicts. e.g Nov 1- Feb 28 for 10pm-7am everyday It would be great if we could either create recurring closures or add these restrictions into the Space Settings

The users we have as 'read only' user types need the ability to add & edit their own notes so that we can communicate as a team with them
