🛠️ Improvements & Fixes

General

Event Notes are now available when viewing event details from the Event Diary
Notes (under Bookings, Contacts and Accounts) now sort in descending order (newest first)
Fixed a bug preventing more than 25 notes from loading when viewing a Booking, Contact or Account
Fixed a bug that would prevent editing a tax (in Settings) if your property is using Tax Inclusive Pricing
Fixed a bug causing dates to not sort chronologically in the Guest Portal

Contacts & Accounts

Searching accounts and contacts has gotten a significant speed boost!
It is now possible to merge/delete a contact or account if they are associated with a voided invoice
Fixed a bug that could cause the Country to not set correctly when creating a contact and choosing "Copy from Account"

Bookings

You can now filter Bookings by Market Segment!
When bulk adding line items to a booking you can now apply negative prices and set 0 as the quantity
You can now expand/collapse Revenue Groups in the Booking Revenue Summary to see the revenue for each sub category
Fixed a bug where Catering revenue could incorrectly display as $0 after a booking was marked as Lost
Fixed a bug where the status date tracked on bookings, room blocks and events could deviate from each other when changed at the same time
Fixed a bug causing the sort to reset when switching between saved views on the booking pipeline
Fixed an issue where filtering the booking list by a space would cause booking to appear multiple times in the list

Groups & Room Blocks

You can now control how net values are calculated — either based off Contracted or Blocked rooms - Watch it

Opening a booking will now automatically refresh emails if they haven't been synced from your email provider for more than 30 minutes emails
Fixed an issue where the contacts CC'd on an email could not actually be sent the email
Fixed a bug that was preventing users from deleting email template attachments
Fixed a bug causing email sent via Workflows to format dates in the wrong locale

Packages

Packages can now be cloned! Check it out in Settings > Packages
Fixed a bug where line items part of a package were not respecting the Per Person quantity behaviour
Fixed an issue where the quantity of line items could not be edited after an item was removed from a package
Fixed a bug that caused batch updating spaces to fail when adding a package to a booking

Documents

In the New Look

The document editor once again warns you about unsaved edits when leaving the page
The document editor's Save button is now always visible for easy access

Custom Fields

There is now an edit 📝 icon for HTML custom fields so you can easily edit them if there is a hyperlink
Fixed an issue where custom fields would not show up on bookings if they were archived but still had a value
Fixed the formatting of HTML custom fields when viewing them throughout the app
Fixed an issue where you could not delete an HTML custom field's content

PMS Integrations - All

Fixed an issue where changing the dates when checking Guestroom Availability wouldn't refetch the availability
Checking guestroom availability no longer includes archived room types
Fixed an issue that could cause room blocks to be stuck syncing

PMS Integrations - Mews

When synced with Mews, you no longer need to configure an "Accommodation Tax" for the integration. The system now always applies the tax configured for the rate in Mews
Deleted and inactive rates no longer show up when creating room blocks
Fixed a bug where room block pickups could miscalculate if the reservations rooms had changed
Fixed an issue where syncing a room block could clear the account assigned to the booking
Fixed an issue where the price for synced room blocks could stop displaying in ET once the custom rate was archived in Mews
Fixed an issue where accounts or contacts could be duplicated after syncing a room block
Fix a bug that would cause prepayment invoices to fail with the "Conflicting Operation" error

PMS Integrations - Apaleo

Removed occupancy levels from room blocks synced with Apaleo. All blocks in Apaleo have single occupancy so ensures pickups are not created with incorrect occupancies
Room block prices can now be configured to display including all addon services (breakfast, city tax room addons, etc.)
Fixed an issue that would prevent adding room rates to a synced room block
Fixed a calculation issue with the Gross Daily Rate when it varied on different days of the room block

PMS Integrations - Cloudbeds

Fixed an issue that could prevent linking existing groups from Cloudbeds to ET
Fixed a bug preventing users in the
Regular
role from editing synced room blocks
