When I add a workflow, I'd like the ability to change who the email will be sent to. Sometimes we need to select to send workflow email to people within our organization instead of just the primary contact on the booking.

This feature combined with workflow automation would result in 8-10 hours a week in time savings for myself. Being able to have a BEO automatically sent to the operations team would be a great feature.
