As an organization that has multiple Events overlapping in different spaces, it's important that we're able to track inventory for individual items for rent (AV, Chairs, etc) to ensure they're available for each event at the required time.

We would like to have the ability to "Block" a Space in an Event so that nobody other than the Assignee will be able to change the Space. If someone else tries to change the Space they will get a warning that the Space is Blocked before they can continue. This will prevent accidental Space changes. This is used in hotels for accommodation rooms & called 'do not move'

It's important that changes users make in Event Temple are tracked & can be reported on. The current Activity List report is too limited. I'd like to see things such as who changed booking details and when. Also who updated Contact or Account information.

The ability to use event temple on a mobile device - without limitation.

It would save me so much time if I could specify reports to be emailed to me at a regular interval (daily, weekly, monthly) so that I don't have to log in to the system and run them manually.

We would like to have a report where we can see how many Packages we have sold. The current Reports do not group the Packages but show the individual items within a Package.

Currently it's possible to Update attendees per day, but we need it per Event. Eg you may have a morning breakfast that some people won’t attend so there are only 40 attendees and then the main conference 50 people will attend. This is similar to Manage Additional guests on Packages

When importing historical data it would be extremely helpful to be able to import the definite date. this allows us to track when revenue was won so having that be accurate from a previous system is crucial.

It will be helpful to be able to clone packages, so for example I can use my Wedding Basic Package to build my Wedding Deluxe package, instead of having to start from scratch

As an event temple administrator it's important that I have a good understanding of my revenue on a month-to-month quarter to quarter and year to year basis. I want a quick and easy way to be able to see all of my revenue broken down by revenue category without having to see each line item or Event details. We need a very simple by day report – DATE, REVENUE CATEGORY, AMOUNT, TAXES with each row representing a revenue type. With the option to select a date so you only get one Adding a report into the system that would allow me to set a specific time frame, and run a summary of the revenue total of all menu items pertaining to each Revenue Category. Tax amounts should be separated, eg HST / Service Fee amounts are currently combined
