As an organization that has multiple Events overlapping in different spaces, it's important that we're able to track inventory for individual items for rent (AV, Chairs, etc) to ensure they're available for each event at the required time.

Add discount to Menu Items
Currently discounting can only be done on Invoices & it applies it to all items and it is the same amount for all items. Or adding a separate Menu Item with a negative amount. Add the ability to discount individual menu items by dollar value or percentage Once discounted, the Menu Item should have a field with the original price & also the discounted price. Both should be available as merge fields to use within Document Templates. Being able to bulk update multiple Menu Items would also be handy as it'd save time when applying the same discount to more than one item.

Add rich text formatting to Menu Item descriptions
More formatting options for the description in Menu Items would be helpful for large chunks of information. Bold/Italic/Bullet Points/Underline

Update Menu Item quantities when updating number of attendees
To keep the menu item quantities in sync with its respective event attendees, when a I edit the number of attendees on an event and press save, it would be great to have the option to then automatically update the relevant Menu item quantities

Log User Who Creates/Adds Menu Item
It would be very helpful for us to know who added a menu item to a booking. I believe we can see when it was added. We'd like to know who added it. This is somewhat related to the existing custom fields for menu items request as that would let us work around this limitation.

Mass Updates
It would be helpful to be able to mass updated quantities and times for menu items in the detailing page. Rather than having to click each item individually and add a time.

Copy Menu Items
It would be really nice to be able to copy menu items while in the detailing page. I have groups that need for example coffee at 9am and 11am and being able to copy/duplicate the item rather than having to search for it again would make the detailing process faster.

Auto-calculate remaining F&B minimums
When an Organization adds a Menu Item for 'minimum spend' it would be great to have the option to automatically re-calculate what is remaining as additional Menu Items get added.

Serving End Time for Menu Items
Different Menu elements of the same event not only start but also end at different times. Right now, there is no field to add an end time and we are using Notes/Descriptions to show this information. Eg. *have a field for end time *show end time on documents
