If you save an email as a draft and then view it from the Draft section of the Mail page, the email looks empty except for the signature. When viewing the email draft from the Booking, the full email shows correctly.

A lot of our clients are saying they do not recieve emails when we send them out of one of our accounts. This is despite us only ever sending to 10 people at a time and asking them to check their junk folder!

When I send emails via event temple it is going to Spam... How do we fix this?

When sending emails from ET, the names do not display correctly

Email Templates that are sending automatically via Workflows are showing all date merge fields in German in the sent email. System settings are English (US)

We have several different chains in ET. And often have Users who are part of all three chains. One of Users Carla is unable to sync her email succesfully across all three chains; when others have had no issue doing the same thing

When trying to send an email, sporadically the body of the text will not load and you are unable to add text. Tabbing out of the subject causes it to load.

Email replies are not being synced back to Event Temple.

When more than one user integrates to the same email address, there are issues causing emails to be linked to the wrong accounts

Certain email notifications from ET crash the Classic Outlook Desktop App when opening them. Specifically Task and Signature emails. Emails in regards to an Intake Form enquiry do not seem to have any issues. The images seem to be causing this crash.
